Those who stand to suffer the most from President Trump's unfortunate affliction are the American people. Courts have decided that this disease makes one incapable of recognizing right from wrong. While this disease is rarely harmful to those afflicted with it those who have contact with the afflicted person are in the most danger.
To make matters worse, due to the mental incapacity that the disease produces the victim is not able to be held legally accountable for anything he may have done.
Because the symptoms of this disease afflict others rather than the sick person, this places the entire nation at risk. He cannot be held legally responsible for anything he does due to previous court decisions. This could bode badly for the nation.
