Yesterday While Walking
Yesterday
while walking
I saw a frog
become a heron
in two
gulps,
the day
before I had seen
a blackbird
become a hawk
and fly
away…
and in the
mirror this morning
the image
asked:
"what will you become
if life eats
you today?"
